noone at any videogame store i go to knows anything about it, i can't find it online. does anyone know how much this thing costs and where it can be purchased?

is there any alternate camera that can be used with rpgm2? and exactly how does it work? can a picture of a drawing be put in the game?

Still there? Good, now here's the deal. Picture Paradise is a built-in (I think) program on some Sony cameras. You plug a camera with the program into your PS2 via USB cable, and go to the Image option in RPGM2 to look at the pictures stored on your camera. It is possible to use Picture Paradise to transfer drawn pictures from your PC to RPGM2, but it involves some special method that I don't know the exact details of. Also, Sony long stopped supporting Picture Paradise, and the only known camera that has the feature is a P30 digital camera. I think it's P30, at least.

man, this thing is harder 2 find than a rare rpg for the turbo duo or ogre battle. anyways, i dropped rpgm2 for now because it through my mind in many different directions at one time, and the dragon warrior battle screen also irks me to death. rpm3 u can see your charactors in battle, but from what i hear, the complexity of the game has taken a step backwards. just playing digital devil saga right now and words can't explain how much i love this game.

Less complexity is a good thing; that means it's easier to make a game on. The problem is, you won't be able to do as much.

which is why it is worse, or at least no where near as good as it can or should be. why hasn't another company made a video game similar to rpg maker? perhaps if there were alot more rpgm type games, gamers would have more choices with options that suit individual preferences. you, for instance, want a game that is easy to use. othere gamers are most concerned with graphics. other people care most about putting music in their games. the fact is, there is no way agetech can satisfy every gamers desire, and the sad thing is they've taken the vain path of trying to appeal to the majority; trying to be accepted into the mainstream.
