How do you do that using a usb? and what program on the pc enables you to do that?

the file has to be a gme file for anime maker to take it. there is a program called rpgc which allows you to add a file from your computer to edit for rpg maker. the program will only load the first save on a card though, so you have to use dexplorer to put the stupid thing on a blank card. you cant use a usb to move it around, it has to be the good old fashion rpg maker 1 card.

whats a dexplorer? and how does it work with mem cards? is the dexplorer the program for the dex drive? and does the dex drive run on ps2?

DexPlorer is a program that works using the DexDrive, an old device which is used to transfer files between PS1 memory cards and your PC. They can be found here:

You'll note the strange little plug in the picture. The DexDrive is not a USB device. It uses a 9-pin communication port, which many modern PCs do not have. If you don't have a plug in the back of your PC with nine pins, you'll either have to buy and install the communication port on your own, or find yourself a USB-to-9pin converter.
