There exists a conspiracy, the likes of which cannot be comprehended by your garden variety tin foil hat illuminati/jew/reptillian hating paranoids. It exists in such a way that to hear it is to immediately dismiss it, thereby making it one of the most dastardly plots second only to the devil's convincing of his non-existance, or the holocaust.

Of course, I am talking about me being Head Of Forums and my inability to direct myself to do anything about it.

Now before you all start jumping on the "OMG U DONT DO E NUF WERK WITTY ROFL ANGST" shrillities, hear me out. I'm convinced there are people who suffer under this conspiracy as well. It could be you, it could be your best friend, could be your neighbour, could be anyone. It just seems to affect me in such a way that it's driving me nuts. The reason here is because as anyone who suffers under this conspiracy will be the only ones to recognize it. Everyone else simply blows them off with a wave of their hand and a "oh you are just lazy" because they don't see it.

See, I have this dandy little problem that basically consists of me not being able to get of my ass and do anything because I need to be told what to do. And thus my title as Head Of Forum has been wasted since I got it because, really, I haven't done anything.

Ever have something so great in theory but in practise it just doesn't pan out and ends up being a miserable, painful experience that no amount of bleach or hooker killing sprees could ever scrub from your memory? Many of us have. You're getting a new car; your parents die in an auto accident when you slam into them the first night out. You're graduating college; your indiscrepancies with the French proffessorette are brought to light. You're having a kid; you're having a kid. That sort of thing.

Me being Head Of Forum is right up there with those three things.

I know I got voted into Head Of Forumness because of my charm and grace and humor. Everyone at one point has thought that I am just a big asshole because of my weird sense of humor. Some of you have been on the barrel end of it, but you probably deserved it as much as the Jews deserved to be cooked.*

Anyway, enough with the foreplay, lets cut to the action.

I'm Head Of Forums. So far, that title has been nothing more than a title as I've done none of the things a Head of Forum is supposed to do. I had no hand in the making of this neoMag forum layout, I had no say in the addition and promotion of certain moderators (also the removal of certain ones), I have not done forum backups and I've pretty much just been a Spam Hammer moderator every couple of weeks.

Thus, it's time for a bit of a change. Being Head of Forum yields a throne, it is a position of great power over a community of people, and I intend to use it rather than let down the people who voted me in here (Democracy, man, it brings in the incompetent people because they can sweet talk their way into any married woman's pants!)

Thus, I'm going to spend a few days bringing myself up to speed on the forum and the people who apparently have some kind of power here. People will be promoted, people will be demoted, things might get moved around, certain policies involving the addition of moderators are going to be demolished, and other various things will be done until I can consistently do my job. And you're all going to hate my dictorial white ass.

Both of the above removed from staff member group
Fayorei and OD iare the only remaining Super Mods
No opening for new Super Mod at this time.

Concerning mods;
Bonanza removed as Spam Hammer mod
Taizon is to be watched closely and may be removed after any incident.
Altoecko regained some power as mod of Creativity+++.

Concerning Development Studios:
Ix is in the process of installing a Subforum mod.
That will rid the clutter the Dev Studios will bring in the future.
