There really is no point at all.

You get gold, and then buy stuff. I guess you're supposed to get involved with the community, but all I ever did was buy low sell high from the market.

That aspect of the game is pretty fun, just marketing once you get a base amount of like 10k over time, just buy low sell high... kind of gives you a rush.

I fish. Yes it sucks before you get better rods.
I did some math once with old system and figured that if you played the fishing game for 18 hours a day for a week at a specific location, you could make the better part of half a million gold.

That was when Rocque Biter were common and the level of trash was low. ahh... the good old days
