There's no denying that this guy puts us all to shame. But in the same token shows that the RPG Maker comminuty isn't limited in the least.

The bars that he used really wowed me...

It's all a matter of switches. each block on those bars have a unique switch to them. All he has to do is know what switch to use when.

But that makes it sound simplified... when I know it's not that easy.

Anyone else see that he made several frames for the pre-made character models? Heh, that's detail. And I too can only imagine how many memory cards it took to load up one of those games... sheesh.

I don't get how he can have so many custom sprites. Is there more in those games then allowed in our rpgmaker?

Nope...

He went in and made those himself. I'm pretty sure he made them on a computer and used the RPGC to upload them into the game.

He pulled sprites form RPG Maker (by saving them on a separate memory card) and uploaded them and probably edited them in something like photoshop... maybe even just MS paint.

I did the same thing in me and SK's RM game... just not to this degree.

Oh, and there is no limit to number of sprites... Once you fill up one memory card, you start another.

You can only have nine custom sprites in RPGM without either using the System Card trick or using one sprite to hold up to nine. I'd say it's much more likely that each video is of a different game.

Anybody can figure out how to do this stuff, all it takes is time, patience, and determination. You guys have got to realize that this Take guy, while incredibly skilled, is physically no different than us, nor are the tools he's using (RPG Maker). Everybody here is capable of making games like these, the only difference is that Take has taken the time to figure out how to use RPGM and implement his ideas.

Yep, that's true. He's pretty cool, but if someone is determined as he is to push the software, we can do it, too.
