This list is my top ten favorite North American cities that I have been to as an adult. I did not include any in the list that I only have experienced as a child or that I have little more than briefly passed through as an adult.

The list is based on a combination of my experience of the city, its style, its attractions, and its people, having spent even a small but at least significant amount of time visiting as an adult.
