I forgot to post this last night since the power went out for like 4 hours. $35, VX Ace on Steam. I know a lot of people would like to wait for sales and things, and this is a good one. Get it for less than the price of a retail game. Bam.

I would grab this in a heartbeat if I didn't already have it. I'm not planning on using it any time soon, but it's good to have whenever I do decide to do something with it. If you can grab it on the cheap now, freaking do it.

Exactly my thought. I gave my other copy to a friend of mine, since he wanted to dabble in it and got me an unexpected Xmas present. I hope he'll like it, and actually make the game idea he was kicking around with it. I considered even getting the Steam version for easy access, but it isn't a problem since my other computer is one I just used the physical copy on.

The Steam version goes on sale often enough though. Just add it to your Steam wishlist, and then it emails you whenever it goes on sale. Which is nice.

Noice, I don't have the software yet so this is a prime opportunity. I need to start working on my contest game! It's in the pre pre very pre-production phase, haha.
